 It is my pleasure to serve as a treasure of our BJMCAA organization. I and my wife Avani are members of the 1978 graduating class. My postgraduate work includes working under Dr. J. N. Patel from 1979-1982in internal medicine . I am currently living in Cleveland, OH and practicing pain management in Lorain, OH. I have fond memories of playing cricket, socializing over snacks and tiffins in the canteen, and of course, some studying. I am grateful to have the opportunity to support our university. I thank all members and the executive committee who have given me this opportunity.
I am very excited and committed to developing our resources in order to improve conditions at our school and enhance health care in Ahmedabad. 2008 will be an exciting year. We will have our 10th convention in the New York-New Jersey area. My goal is to double life members by the end of 2008. I am hoping that all of my friends and collegues will help me to achieve this ambition.
With the help of committee members we are updating the BJMCAA website. You can log on and make sure your information and membership status is correct. You can also see whether or not your classmates are members. If they are not, please convince them to get involved for this good cause. I am sure that with all BJites united, we can really make a difference.
